To whom it may concern, We have used Bolt Mechanical’s services for the past 4 to 5 years for our annual fire sprinkler service. They have done an excellent job from beginning to end by showing up on time, (with the required staffing), to the completion of the project. They have walked every apartment to view every sprinkler head looking for leaks , dirty or over sprayed heads. Once they have completed the interior inspection they have flow tested and inspected the risers, checked bells and horns all to the satisfactions and requirements of the law. They will compile a list of deficiencies and will forward what repairs are needed and the scope of work to repair all. Their follow up and follow through is impeccable.
